Payment Terms
The buyer has the following payment options:
Online payment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Shopify Payments / Stripe).
All prices are shown in the currency specified in the store and include VAT where applicable (unless otherwise stated). The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Shipping Terms
We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery of all our products. We understand that timely delivery is important to you. Below you will find detailed shipping information to help you make an informed decision.
Czech Republic
For customers in the Czech Republic, we offer shipping for 60 CZK (incl. VAT). Delivery time is usually 2–3 business days.
European Union
For customers within the EU, we offer shipping for 3 € (incl. VAT). Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days.
International (outside the EU)
For international customers outside the European Union, we offer shipping for 5 € (net price, excl. VAT). Delivery time is usually 7–15 business days. Please note that for international shipments, additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be borne by the buyer.
Import Duties for USA Customers!
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. Under current U.S. customs rules, orders under $800 may be subject to a flat customs fee of $80–$200 on delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance or force majeure) may cause delays beyond our control. Of course, we will gladly support you if any problems arise.
